Module II

Communication in the Team

Tübingen

This module is divided into three components: communication in relationships, communication in organizations/project management, and communication through presentations. In the first part, students learn to recognize and optimize their behavior as team members and leaders, as well as how to appropriately respond in conflict situations. The second part covers how to analyze, plan, and manage a project during change processes. The third component focuses on the methodological principles of presentations. Students learn how to apply various content in a targeted manner, analyze different presentation styles, and develop a personal style based on a strengths and weaknesses analysis.
